My Heart Is Full…

Just this weekend, I returned from a visit to Seoul, South Korea—and while my body is still recovering and readjusting to our time zone, my heart remains incredibly full from the experience.

This opportunity allowed me to learn more about Korean culture, experience remarkable hospitality from the hosting church, and witness the undeniable power of prayer in a deeper way.

One of the things I was reminded of most is that growth often begins the moment we step outside of what’s familiar. At Crowned & Chosen Co., our mission is centered around helping others embrace their God-given purpose and find the courage to step beyond their comfort zones in order to walk in it fully. This trip was a personal reminder of that very truth.

I’ve learned that prayer is not simply a spiritual practice—it is foundational. Prayer builds faith, strengthens obedience, creates clarity, and positions our hearts to recognize opportunities that God places before us.

And alongside prayer, gratitude matters deeply.

Gratitude is more than a reaction to blessings received; it is a posture of the heart. It keeps us humble, aware, and open to what God desires to do next. This experience reminded me once again that some of the greatest opportunities, connections, and moments of transformation happen when faith is willing to move. Still reflecting. Still grateful. ✨
