There are moments in life that quietly affirm you’re exactly where you’re supposed to be.

Recently, I had the opportunity to attend a Women in Business networking event hosted by the Charlotte Area Chamber of Commerce—and what stood out most wasn’t just the connections made, but the deeper reminder behind it all:

Purpose has a way of meeting you in the right rooms.

It began with a simple invitation. One connection. One “yes.”

And from that, doors opened.

The Power of Showing Up

So often, we pray for clarity, direction, and alignment.

But what I’ve learned—and continue to learn—is that purpose doesn’t always come wrapped in a grand moment. Sometimes, it looks like showing up. Being present. Saying yes to the opportunity in front of you.

When I walked into that room, I wasn’t just attending another event. I was stepping into a space filled with vision, ambition, and women boldly pursuing what they’ve been called to do.
